In 2012, SE-Action ran a summer café open to the public in the Old Granary next to Sjundby Manor. In addition to home-made baked goods, the products on offer included a unique selection of tasty, hand made ice cream flavours served with home-made wafers. That's how Sjundby Ice Cream was born.
